One month into construction, Areguling Hills has reached its first major milestone: site clearing is complete, and the access road foundation has been laid ahead of schedule — a promising start for a project built on careful, unhurried planning.
A ridge shaped by its terrain
Rather than flattening the site to simplify construction, the design team chose to work with the ridge's natural contours. Each of the six villa plots has been surveyed individually, with view corridors to the ocean confirmed before a single foundation is poured.

This approach adds a small amount of time to the early planning phase, but pays off in a development that feels like it belongs to the hillside rather than imposed on it — a distinction investors and future residents will notice immediately.
What's next
Foundation works for Villas 1 through 3 are scheduled to begin next month, with structural works to follow shortly after. Monthly updates will continue here as the project progresses toward its Q4 2026 completion target.
